What types of profiles can you find at AIESEC?

In our 66 years of existence as an organization, AIESEC has sent young people to live more than 450,000 experiences of all kinds almost all over the world. Now, in keeping with the times and the evolution of economic reality, we focus our efforts on working with 3 broad categories of profiles to develop international leaders:

Teaching and camp monitors

We get young people to teach their cultures and languages ​​in other countries in schools, colleges, camps, language schools … We have native speakers of English, French, German and many other languages.

Technology

Within technology we include engineers, software developers and other technological profiles who can contribute their knowledge and skills in application development work, web development, product design and project management.

Thanks to these experiences, young people obtain a realistic vision of what is required of them in a real company, they learn to take responsibility for projects with real functionality and under pressure to achieve delivery on time.

For their part, companies obtain a motivated person with a desire to learn but already with a certain level of skills to entrust a project that is not central to the company but is important as part of the medium or long-term strategy.

Marketing and administration

This category includes young people with profiles such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Graphic Design, etc. These types of experiences are especially productive for market research, business development, sales strategy planning, marketing campaign design and other tasks related to the commercial area of ​​the company.

With these practices, young people gain experience in dealing with the real problems of operating in the market and accessing clients, and they are forced to use their knowledge and creativity to solve complex problems and provide new information.

At the same time, the company receives a young man who wants to work who brings a new vision of his business thanks to a point of view from another country , from a person who has been trained in another culture but with the same principles as regards technical knowledge is concerned.
